Usaha yang mengalami kemajuan adalah harapan setiap pengusaha. Ada kepuasan tersendiri bila usaha yang di rintis dengan segenap tenaga dan pikiran mengalami kemajuan. Di era modern dan serba instant ini manusia tidak lagi begitu memperhatikan tentang makanan yang di konsumsi setiap hari. Kita berpikiran yang penting lezat dan enak. Padahal ini sangat penting di perhatikan karena makanan yang kita konsumsi mempengaruhi kesehatan kita sendiri. Kita harus lebih memperhatikan pada nilai gizi serta zat yang terkandung pada makanan tersebut. Disamping harus memenuhi kebutuhan gizi setiap harinya, kita juga harus menghindari makanan yang mengandung bahan kimia seperti pengawet,pemanis buatan, dan lain - lain. Memang sekilas makanan berpengawet itu tidak berbahaya, tapi untuk jangka panjangnya bahan kimia yang kita konsumsi tersebut akan menumpuk dalam badan. Hal tersebut akan merusak sistem kesehatan dalam tubuh manusia.

Padatnya jadwal kerja dan aktivitas sosial lain seringkali menyita banyak waktu, sehingga orang cenderung kekurangan tidur. Padahal efek kurang tidur bukan sekadar akan membuat Anda mengantuk keesokan harinya, dan jadi kurang dapat berkonsentrasi saat bekerja.
Beberapa pakar saraf meyakini bahwa salah satu tujuan tidur adalah memberikan peluang pada otak untuk membangun dan menguatkan jaringan penghubung saraf. Orang yang biasa tidur cukup akan mempelajari informasi baru dengan lebih cepat dan memiliki memori yang lebih tajam.
